Project Manager

You will oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.

Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and schedule performance
• Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
• Identify and resolve project issues to keep work progressing on schedule

Profile

• Project Management experience within commercial construction
• Managed projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee subcontractors, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client relationships
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, contracts, safety, and quality control.
• Experience managing projects in the $5M-$50M+ range
