Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure projects meet company quality standards and safety expectations.

Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager. Demonstrated experience successfully delivering ground-up and/or major renovation projects. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
