Description
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality work is delivered.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing ground up commercial construction projects of varying sizes ($5M-$20M).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
