Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology initiatives for a large organization.
This role is ideal for an experienced project management professional who excels at leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale technology projects, and driving successful outcomes in highly regulated environments. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

What You'll Do
• Lead multiple infrastructure, cloud, information security, and enterprise application projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition
• Serve as the primary Project Manager for assigned agency technology initiatives and strategic programs
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, status reports, and governance documentation
• Coordinate activities across project teams, technical resources, business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business and customer requirements
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to address risks, issues, or schedule impacts
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting
• Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Support strategic IT planning and technology initiatives across the organization
• Direct and coordinate the activities of architects, analysts, engineers, consultants, and technical resources engaged in project execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and vendor partners
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and transition activities with operational support teams following implementation
• Track and report project financials, resource utilization, contractor hours, and project expenditures
• Document project benefits, operational efficiencies, cost savings, and business outcomes
• Ensure compliance with agency project management standards, governance processes, and regulatory requirements
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of information technology experience supporting enterprise systems, infrastructure, or technology initiatives
• Active PMP Certification (must be verifiable through PMI)
• Project management experience leading infrastructure, network, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise application projects
• Experience managing full project lifecycles and change management activities
• Experience developing and maintaining project documentation, policies, procedures, training materials, and project governance artifacts
• Experience working within regulated environments and supporting compliance initiatives
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Strong leadership, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and vendor relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives
