SCDHHS is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to manage multiple high-profile IT projects in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, executive communication, and resource allocation experience. PMI certification is required; PMP is preferred but not mandatory. Candidate must be a South Carolina resident.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and document business requirements.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Estimate technical effort and allocate project resources.
- Manage multiple high-priority IT projects simultaneously.
- Prepare project status reports, metrics, project documentation, and managemen presentations.
- Present project status, risks, issues, and strategies to executive management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, management, vendors, and external organizations.
- Develop and maintain project management documents and artifacts.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and teams with competing priorities.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and with high quality.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in IT Project Management.
- Experience with project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
- Strong risk and issue management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience presenting to executive management.
- Strong stakeholder, people, and team management skills.
- Experience managing multiple high-profile IT projects.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare insurance, Medicaid, or healthcare IT preferred.
- PMI Certification required.
- PMP certification preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be a South Carolina resident.
