Job Title: IT Project Manager (Agile/Waterfall)
Position Overview
Lead enterprise technology initiatives that modernize business operations and replace legacy applications. This role manages multiple concurrent IT projects across planning, procurement, implementation, migration, and delivery while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do

Lead multiple IT projects through the full project lifecycle.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and change management.

Apply both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Develop project plans, roadmaps, status reports, and stakeholder updates.

Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation.

Drive process improvement and support successful technology implementations and legacy system transitions.
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of IT project management experience
-
3+ years managing Hybrid (Agile & Waterfall) projects
-
3+ years of strategic planning and roadmap development
-
3+ years of experience in risk, resource, change, and budget management
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
-
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification (or actively pursuing certification)
Preferred Qualifications

Process improvement experience

Financial or accounting principles
-
Mortgage industry knowledge
