Whether your goal is to advance into senior leadership or continue developing as a technical project expert, this organization provides the mentorship, career growth opportunities, and diverse project portfolio to help you achieve your long-term career ambitions.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout, ensuring successful execution at every stageOversee project budgets, subcontractor buyout, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reportingDevelop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet key milestonesManage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project reportingCollaborate closely with field leadership to support jobsite safety, quality, logistics, and overall project executionServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants by leading OAC meetings and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentify project risks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budgetLead project closeout activities, including punch list management, commissioning coordination, and turnover documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
