Description
- Plan and execute construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Drive project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.

Profile
- Commercial construction project management experience in Office, Retail, Restaurant, Healthcare, Industrial, or Data Center's.
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
