Description

You will oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

An established and nationally recognized commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to lead high-profile construction projects while working with an organization known for delivering complex projects across multiple market sectors.

Description

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Lead project planning, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong client and design team relationships.
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with field teams to drive successful project execution.
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.

Profile

  • Proven experience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors:
    • Office
    • Entertainment
    • Gaming
    • Healthcare

    • Manufacturing
    • Mission Critical / Data Centers
    • Renewables
    • Residential

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
