Requirements achelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale multi-family construction projects from initiation to completion. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations specific to vertical build projects. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing project teams. Excellent budgeting, cost control, and financial acumen for managing project budgets and financial forecasts. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools. Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and management. Knowledge of safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to travel to project sites as required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials preferred but not required.
