We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate project activities with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee contract administration, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change order management.
  • Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
  • Identify project risks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure field operations meet quality, safety, and scheduling expectations.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and support the development of junior team members.
  • Build lasting client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with commercial sectors such as healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, corporate, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Job Offer

  • Base Salary: $110,000-$140,000
  • Vehicle Allowance: $850/month
