Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Lead project teams while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee contract administration, procurement, and change order management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support Project Engineers and other team members.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with commercial projects such as healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, office, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Job Offer
