Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Comfort, TX, responsible for overseeing land development projects from planning through completion. This role includes coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources; managing subcontractors and vendors; and ensuring work complies with design specifications, codes, and safety requirements. The Project Manager will monitor progress on-site, conduct inspections, address issues, and communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones. Daily tasks also involve overseeing material ordering and delivery, resolving logistics challenges, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in field operations.\n
