Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Manage project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and team members. Track project performance and provide regular progress reports. Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across all parties. Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business objectives. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and quality requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of project management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms. Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. PMP certification is a plus.
