Job Description
- Manage education, healthcare, light industrial, and multifamily construction projects
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
- Monitor project costs and maintain profitability targets
- Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing projects in education, healthcare, multifamily, or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
