Project Manager
Lead projects from preconstruction through completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor project financial performance and profitability. Manage procurement and subcontractor relationships. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and change management. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Demonstrated success delivering ground-up Church, K-12, and Entertainment Facility projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project teams. Proficiency with industry-standard construction software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to project sites as required.
