We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Permanent Project Manager for our Commercial Construction division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in industrial construction, self-storage projects, and concrete work.

The successful candidate will be proficient in using Procore Construction Management software and will have a solid understanding of cost control, scheduling, and planning. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate and supervise the construction process to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
3. Develop and implement project work plans and schedules.
4. Utilize Procore Construction Management software to manage project resources, costs, and schedules.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
6. Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
7. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
8. Manage project risks, including mitigation plans and strategies.
9. Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during construction.
10. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
11. Communicate with the project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and material submittals.
12. Ensure that all aspects of the project are followed through to completion which includes clients' satisfaction, scheduling, and budgeting.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a project management role within the commercial construction industry.
2. Proven experience with industrial construction, self-storage projects, and concrete work.
3. Proficiency in using Procore Construction Management software.
4. Demonstrable knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and planning.
5. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
10. A strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
11. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
12. A valid driver’s license is required as travel to construction sites is a key part of the job.
