Project Manager

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects, including forecasting, cost control, contract administration, and change orders. Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating with field operations, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Drive project planning, procurement, and risk management activities to ensure seamless project delivery. Partner closely with Superintendents to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards on-site. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships. Mentor and support project team members while fostering a collaborative project environment.

A Successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Extensive ground-up construction experience is required. Experience managing large-scale multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, or institutional projects. Wood-frame construction experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract management. Demonstrated success leading teams and coordinating multiple project stakeholders. Stable career history with strong tenure at reputable construction firms. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
