The company offers Project Managers the opportunity to work on a variety of project types while building long-term relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and internal teams.
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budget, schedule, contracts and documentation. Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and trade partners. Lead project meetings and maintain clear project communication. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders. Track project costs, commitments and potential changes. Identify and resolve project issues proactively. Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain schedule and project quality. Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

The successful applicant will have 7-12+ years of commercial construction experience. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling and subcontractor management. Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Well-rounded commercial construction background preferred. Experience with civic, education, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily or other complex commercial projects is a plus. Ground-up construction experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
Base salary up to $185k depending on experience. ESOP. Vehicle allowance. 3 weeks PTO. 401k with matching.
