The Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Description
This Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration
- Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with Superintendents
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with ownership and stakeholders
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
- Track project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure alignment between office and on-site execution
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget targets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements
- Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers
Profile
An ideal Project Manager will have:
- 5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor
- Proven experience managing projects within hospitality, interiors, retail, or mixed-use
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Job Offer
We will provide our Project Manager with:
- Base salary $115,000 - $145,000
