The Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Description

This Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with Superintendents
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with ownership and stakeholders
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
  • Track project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure alignment between office and on-site execution
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements
  • Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers

Profile

An ideal Project Manager will have:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor
  • Proven experience managing projects within hospitality, interiors, retail, or mixed-use
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

Job Offer
