Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial construction projects (ground-up and/or large scale renovation projects).
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (a plus, not required).
