Project ManagerThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Oversee project management team and manage the day-to-day operationsAbility to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgetsEffectively communicate relevant project information to superiorsManage scope review processNegotiate change ordersManage and update budgetsConduct regular status meetings with project teamDeliver projects on time and within company profit targetsThe successful Project Manager will have:Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)Project Management 3-5+ years preferredExperience with a General ContractorConceptual Estimating experienceCommunication skills and can wear many hatsMicrosoft Suite Software ProficientStrong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and project life cyclesProven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performanceExperience coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and field personnelAbility to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractual documentsSkilled in risk management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-makingProficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, MS Project)Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teamsStrong negotiation skills with vendors, suppliers, and trade partnersDetail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation practicesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of state/local building codes, permitting, and compliance requirementsExperience conducting site walks, progress inspections, and safety assessmentsCapable of building strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfactionAdaptable and proactive in resolving conflicts or unexpected project challengesThe Project Manager will be offered:Competitive base salary ranging from $100K-$130K, depending on experienceGuaranteed and project-based bonus program, typically 15-25%401(k) Retirement Plan with company supportComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance packagesPaid Time Off (PTO) including holidays and sick daysTruck allowance provided for work-related travelCompany gas card for fuel and mileage supportAll work is local-no overnight travel requiredStable, long-term pipeline of projects with a reputable companyStrong culture of teamwork, communication, and employee supportOpportunities for career growth and advancementContinued training and professional development opportunitiesA leadership team that values transparency, trust, and work-life balanceAccess to updated technology, tools, and project management software
