Project ManagerThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Oversee project management team and manage the day-to-day operationsAbility to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgetsManage scope review processNegotiate change ordersManage permit and occupancy with government agenciesManage and update budgetsConduct regular status meetings with project teamDeliver projects on time and within company profit targetsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelinesCoordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholdersIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsReview and approve project plans, drawings, and specificationsMonitor project performance and prepare regular progress reportsManage procurement of materials and servicesResolve project issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely mannerMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsEnsure quality control standards are met throughout the project lifecycleSupport business development efforts, including client presentations and proposalsFoster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partnersTrack project costs and forecast financial performanceLead project closeout processes, including final documentation and client handoffMentor and support project team members to drive performance and developmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
