Project Manager - Commercial ConstructionMichael Page is hiring for a position in the business services industry located in Danvers, MA.Job DescriptionManage all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to meet project needs. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.
