Job Details
- Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
- Lead jobsite coordination with Supers and field teams
- Maintain client communication, progress reporting, and change order management
- Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations
- Handle cost tracking, contract administration, and project documentation
- Project sizes 250k-30M
