Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
- Lead client communication and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate self-perform trades, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress and support field teams.
- Work closely with Superintendents and trade foremen to ensure project success.
- Drive project profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
- 5-10+ years of Project Management experience within commercial building and construction. (in areas around Milwaukee and Madison is a plus)
- Proven experience running projects independently from start to finish.
- Experience managing projects in municipal, industrial, institutional, religious, or commercial markets.
- Strong understanding of project financials, buyout, forecasting, and scheduling.
- Experience working with self-perform construction operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
