Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field teams to maintain efficient project execution. Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with contract documents, building codes, and regulations. Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to resolve technical issues. Communicate project progress, risks, and financial performance with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Negotiate and administer contracts while tracking project costs, forecasting budgets, and approving invoices. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve field challenges, and ensure successful project turnover and client satisfaction.
