Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage multiple active construction projects simultaneously, including a hospital portfolio valued at approximately $15M.
- Lead all phases of project execution, from preconstruction and planning through completion and closeout.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with long-standing healthcare clients and key project stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, including change orders, design issues, and schedule impacts.
- Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements.
- Collaborate closely with company leadership, reporting directly to the Director of Project Management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing healthcare, hospital, mechanical, or commercial construction projects.
- Proven ability to lead projects valued at approximately $15M or greater.
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated success maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Experience overseeing project financials, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency with Procore.
