Client Details

A reputable and well‑established commercial general contractor with a strong presence in South Florida, known for delivering complex ground‑up projects across retail, office, mixed‑use, hospitality, and institutional sectors. They foster a collaborative culture, prioritize high‑quality execution, and maintain a consistent pipeline of marquee projects.

Description

  • Manage ground‑up commercial projects from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Serve as primary liaison for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation.
  • Conduct site walks and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractor performance and negotiate scopes of work.
  • Lead OAC and internal project meetings.
  • Manage project milestones to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery.
  • Oversee closeout, punch list completion, and warranty phase.
  • Mentor assistant PMs and project engineers.

Profile

  • 5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record managing full lifecycle of mid‑size to large commercial builds.
  • Strong technical understanding of structural systems, sitework, and MEP coordination.
  • Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
