Opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground‑up and large commercial builds in the South Florida market.Ideal for a proactive leader skilled in schedule control, client management, and full‑cycle project delivery. Client Details A reputable and well‑established commercial general contractor with a strong presence in South Florida, known for delivering complex ground‑up projects across retail, office, mixed‑use, hospitality, and institutional sectors. They foster a collaborative culture, prioritize high‑quality execution, and maintain a consistent pipeline of marquee projects. Description Manage ground‑up commercial projects from preconstruction through turnover.Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.Serve as primary liaison for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation.Conduct site walks and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.Coordinate subcontractor performance and negotiate scopes of work.Lead OAC and internal project meetings.Manage project milestones to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery.Oversee closeout, punch list completion, and warranty phase.Mentor assistant PMs and project engineers. Profile 5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction.Proven track record managing full lifecycle of mid‑size to large commercial builds.Strong technical understanding of structural systems, sitework, and MEP coordination.Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills.Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
