Description

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage projects across multiple delivery methods (Design-Build, CM at Risk, Public Bid, Negotiated)
• Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction
• Utilize Procore to manage project workflows and reporting

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong background in commercial construction and pre-engineered metal buildings
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
• Comfortable managing fast-paced projects with a strong sense of urgency
• Proficient with Procore software

Job Offer

$100,000-$120,000 base

• Company vehicle

Bonuses

• 4% commission-based bonus on completed jobs (typically $25k-$65k annually for PMs)
