Our client is a NYC based general contractor with a national footprint. The Project Manager - Commercial Construction in New York, New York will be a leader within the team and provide guidance to the collective team. The General Contractor has won multiple large national projects ranging from office center renovations to data center fit outs.
Job Description
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to relevant parties.
- Oversee procurement and ensure materials and resources are available as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
