Job Details
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all project activities with the Superintendent and project team to drive execution
- Oversee project finances, contract documents, and cost control to ensure profitability
- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with subcontractors and field teams
- Manage budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead submittal processes, RFIs, RFPs, and all project documentation workflows
- Prepare and manage owner change orders, subcontractor change orders, and budget revisions
- Conduct regular meetings with owners and subcontractors to maintain alignment and progress
- Manage monthly owner pay applications and project billing processes
- Oversee project closeout, administrative logs, and final documentation
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance across all job sites
- Lead, mentor, and provide direction to project teams
- Manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management within a general contractor environment
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M or greater
- Strong background in estimating, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Experience with construction platforms such as COINS, Autodesk tools, or SharePoint preferred
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling and green building requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
