Project Manager - Commercial Construction - NH

Manage 2 to 3 commercial construction projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from estimator handoff through closeout on projects ranging from $1M to $15M. Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - NH will:

• Lead full life cycle project management for commercial construction projects valued between $1M and $15M.
• Manage 2 to 3 projects concurrently while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Take ownership of projects following handoff from the estimating team through final completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
• Track project budgets, contracts, change orders, and reporting activities.
• Utilise Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and communication.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, and Southern Maine.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven project management experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing projects valued up to $15M.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of ground-up construction and renovation projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite and travel throughout the project region.
• Ideally located within 45 minutes of Portsmouth, NH.
