Job Description
Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications. Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved. Collaborate with field operations, estimators, architects, engineers, and ownership groups. Track project financial performance and proactively address risks and challenges. Oversee project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reporting. Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities. Manage projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, retail, mixed-use, senior living, and residential construction. Travel to project sites within approximately 30 minutes of the Kittery and Portsmouth area as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management processes, schedules, and budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design-build and construction management delivery methods.
- Background managing projects across multiple market sectors.
- Familiarity with fast-track construction projects.
- Local knowledge of the Southern Maine or New Hampshire construction market.
