Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Portsmouth, NH

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $1M - $15M throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts. This is a full lifecycle project management position where you'll take projects from preconstruction handoff through successful completion.

Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will:

• Manage 2-3 commercial construction projects simultaneously valued between $1M - $15M.
• Take ownership of projects from estimator handoff through closeout.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation utilizing Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and field operations teams.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects valued up to $15M.
• Background in ground-up commercial construction and renovations.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be located within approximately 45 minutes of Portsmouth, NH.

Job Offer

Upon offer, the Project Manager - Commercial Construction will receive:

• Base salary up to $130,000 USD (depending on experience).
