Job Description
Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and project specifications. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly. Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively. Lead project meetings and facilitate collaboration among team members.
