Superintendent OpportunityOur client is a well-established, family-owned commercial construction business experiencing significant growth throughout Coastal Georgia and the surrounding region. With a strong reputation for quality execution across multifamily, hospitality, municipal, healthcare, and commercial projects, they are seeking a Superintendent to play a critical role in delivering complex projects while helping support an ambitious growth strategy.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement and successful project delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel. Enforce site safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture. Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications. Collaborate with Project Managers to manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
