Job Description
Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress effectively. Monitor project performance and resolve any issues that arise during execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites. Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams regularly. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Analyze project outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong Procore experience. Experience coordinating and managing multi-prime construction projects. Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
