Job Details

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple commercial mechanical and plumbing projects, from pre-construction planning through close-out. You’ll be the hub connecting clients, GCs, subs, suppliers, and internal field crews, ensuring projects finish safely, on schedule, within budget, and to contract specifications. Your financial savvy, leadership, and problem-solving skills will drive profitable results and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial MEP projects through planning, execution, and close-out while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Build and maintain CPM schedules, budgets, and documentation using Procore, Microsoft Project, and related tools
• Track job costs, forecasts, billings, and change orders; prepare monthly project reports on financial health and risk
• Negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, and change documentation
• Coach and direct Superintendents and field teams, resolving technical and logistical challenges promptly
• Cultivate strong relationships with owners, GCs, design professionals, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing commercial construction projects (mechanical and/or plumbing emphasis)
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
• Solid grasp of project financials: budgeting, job costing, forecasting, and cost control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in Procore or similar construction management software
• Strong ability to read/interpret drawings, specs, and contracts; excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred extras that will set you apart: 7+ years MEP experience, Primavera P6 or advanced scheduling expertise, prior supervisory responsibility, and exposure to estimating or contract administration.
