Description

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Oversee full financial management, forecasting, and reporting

• Direct subcontractor buyout and contract administration

• Guide estimating strategy and cost control efforts

• Manage project teams and coordinate with executive leadership

• Ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are achieved

Profile

• Extensive experience leading commercial or institutional projects

• Experience delivering projects up to $60M

• Strong estimating, budgeting, and cost control expertise

• Procore experience

• Proven leadership and client-facing ability
