The company is experiencing significant growth, projects hundreds of millions in annual revenue, and is known for investing heavily in employee development and long-term career progression.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will:Lead commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through final turnover.Manage project budgets, schedules, cash flow, forecasting, and overall financial performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, building ownership groups, property managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.Direct project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.Utilize Procore Project Management and Financial Management tools to oversee project execution and reporting.Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.Conduct job cost analysis and monitor project profitability throughout the lifecycle of each project.Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractor management, and project documentation.Communicate project updates effectively to internal leadership and external stakeholders.Ensure successful delivery of high-end corporate interiors and other commercial renovation projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
