Job Description
Manage commercial interiors projects from award through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client teams. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges. Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering commercial interiors projects
- Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software preferred
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and team-oriented mindset
