Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Maryland will:
- Manage multiple commercial interior construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through project completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs, change orders, procurement activities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner closely with Superintendents and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Review construction documents, contracts, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and client turnover.
- Support business growth through exceptional client service and repeat business opportunities.
Profile
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Maryland will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Proven experience managing corporate interior construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project teams.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing project execution from start to finish.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be comfortable working in-office while regularly visiting project sites.

- Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (Flexible up until $130k)
