My client is hiring for a project manager with experience in commercial interiors in the Warrenton, VA area.
Job Description
Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress to ensure timely delivery. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on all project sites. Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Identify and resolve project-related challenges promptly and effectively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the business services industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams. Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to adapt to changing project needs and solve problems effectively.
