Combining the stability of an industry leader with the agility of a close-knit team, they offer employees significant responsibility, strong career growth, and exposure to unique projects nationwide.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing multiple commercial interior and specialised construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall execution.Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure successful delivery.Maintaining project financials, including cost-to-complete forecasting, profitability tracking, and reporting.Reviewing and managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project schedules to keep projects on track.Partnering with field operations teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Overseeing projects across a variety of sectors, including secure facilities, corporate interiors, executive offices, conference centers, and amenity spaces.Supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle and building long-term relationships.Traveling to project sites as needed while managing projects from the Virginia office.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
