We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports.
- Lead coordination efforts between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout processes.
- Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain budget performance.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Participate in preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
- Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior leadership.
- Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion, final documentation, and owner turnover
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
- Experience working with multifamily, hospitality, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of preconstruction processes, estimating, and value engineering principles is a plus.
