Construction Project ManagerMichael Page is hiring for a company in the business services industry, located in Chicago.Job DescriptionManage all phases of commercial and light industrial construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out. Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project goals. Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery within financial constraints. Oversee on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to project specifications and building codes.The Successful ApplicantA successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience with managing commercial and light industrial construction projects.
