Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and track all phases of commercial construction projects.
Assist with scheduling, progress reporting, and maintaining project timelines and milestones.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor and materials.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify scope, accuracy, and compliance.
Help manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs.
Monitor site activities to support quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans.
Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and preparation of pay applications.
Communicate regularly with the project team, consultants, and clients to support issue resolution.

The Successful Applicant
2+ year of commercial construction experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to act as a main point of contact for key clients
Passion for construction

Base salary of $80K-$105K, dependent on qualifications
Yearly bonus of 10% of base salary
Yearly profit sharing contribution of an additional 10% of base salary
