Job Description

Project ManagerAs the Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Construction, you will lead the successful delivery of commercial and multifamily projects across multiple states, combining preconstruction and execution responsibilities:Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout across regional marketsReview bid opportunities, estimate costs, and prepare proposals and contractsOversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control processesCoordinate field teams, subcontractors, and site operationsLead communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholdersMaintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change ordersTravel to project sites across Arkansas and surrounding states as requiredMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Project Manager we are seeking:Minimum 5 years' experience with a General Contractor in commercial or multifamily constructionProven experience managing multiple projects across different locationsStrong background in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contract managementExperience delivering 3+ storey wood-frame multifamily projects (highly preferred)Previous Superintendent or field experience strongly preferredProficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or PlanswiftStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilitiesWillingness to travel regionallyWhat's on offer:Salary: $100,000 - $125,000Per diem and travel expenses coveredExposure to a diverse and growing pipeline of commercial and multifamily projectsOpportunity to take ownership of projects across multiple statesStrong long-term career progression within a growing organization
